Overview: Exciting Leadership Opportunity for Neonatologists in Las Vegas! Responsibilities: Are you a Board-Certified Neonatologist looking to take your career to the next level? We have an incredible opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Neonatologist to join our team as Medical Director at Southern Hills Hospital in vibrant Las Vegas, NV. In collaboration with the Practice Medical Director for our two HCA practices, you'll lead a growing team of providers as we impact neonatal care in the region. Where You'll Practice * Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center * 15-bed, Level III NICU * Average daily census of 10 * This is 265-bed hospital situated in Spring Valley, a charming suburb of Las Vegas. * Mountain View Hospital * 24-bed, Level III NICU * Average daily census of 20 * This is a 425-bed teaching hospital located in the heart of NW Las Vegas, one of the fastest-growing areas in the valley! Both hospitals are proud members of the Sunrise Health System, which includes Sunrise Children's Hospital with a Level III NICU and a team of affiliated Pediatrix neonatologists. What You Can Expect * You'll work 12-hour in-house shifts for a balanced work-life rhythm. * Utilize high-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillators), total body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO). * Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, including pediatric cardiology. * Engage in teaching and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) opportunities.
