Responsibilities: Neonatologist Opportunity at Miami Valley Hospital - Dayton, Ohio In partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group We are seeking full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologists to join our well-established and respected team at Miami Valley Hospital, home to the region's premier Level IIIB NICU. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, community-based practice that values clinical excellence and work-life balance. Position Highlights: * Coverage of a 60-bed Level IIIB NICU * Average daily census of 42 patients * Approximately 4,000 deliveries and 950 NICU admissions annually * 24/7 subspecialty support readily available * Flexible scheduling with 7-week block rotations * Call options include in-house or from home, supporting both local and remote living arrangements * Affiliated with Wright State Boonshoft School of Medicine - opportunities to teach residents and medical students * Open to experienced providers and newly graduating fellows Why Join Us? * Be part of a cohesive team of 6 neonatologists and 8 neonatal nurse practitioners * Miami Valley Hospital has offered ECMO services since 1986 and is the only facility in Dayton to do so * Collaborate with Dayton Children's Hospital as part of the broader Southwest Ohio neonatal care network About Dayton, Ohio: Ranked among U.S. News & World Report's "Best Places to Live," Dayton offers a low cost of living, vibrant neighborhoods, and a rich cultural scene.
