Overview: Neonatologist Opportunity in Elmira, NY Make a Lasting Impact in a Welcoming Community Responsibilities: Pediatrix Medical Group is hiring a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our dedicated team at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, a Level III NICU in the heart of New York's Finger Lakes region. This is an ideal role for a physician who's who is passionate about community-focused care - whether you're looking to establish roots or prefer a block schedule with commuting flexibility. With a strong hospital partnership and access to pediatric subspecialties, you'll thrive in a collaborative environment committed to delivering exceptional newborn care. Position Highlights: * Eight 24-hour in-house shifts per month * Option to cover transport call from home * 20-bed Level III NICU with robust nursing and specialist support * Approximately 300 annual NICU admissions, with referrals from surrounding counties * Regional perinatal center with MFM support and advanced services, including HFOV * Strong, collegial relationship with hospital leadership and staff * J-1 visa sponsorship available Why Elmira?
