Overview: Neonatologist Position - Fort Wayne, IN Responsibilities: Pediatrix(r) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist to join a long-standing, collegial neonatology team in Fort Wayne, Indiana-a thriving mid-sized city with easy access to Chicago, Indianapolis, and Detroit. Neonatologist Details: * Neonatology Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a highly desirable 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule-perfect for those seeking balance without compromising on acuity or impact. * Neonatology Team-Based Care: Join a stable team of 4 full-time and 2 part-time neonatologists, partnering closely with a dedicated group of hospital-employed NNPs. * Diverse Clinical Environment: * Primary coverage of a Level III NICU * Support and consultation at two Level II NICUs * Access to pediatric surgery and a highly skilled neonatal transport team * Hospital Support: Practice in a setting where neonatologists are valued and supported by responsive and collaborative hospital leadership.
