Responsibilities: Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Neonatologist to provide per diemcoverage at HCA Florida Northwest Medical Center. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing Level III NICU in a supportive, community-focused environment. Your Role at a Glance * Staffing Model: 4.5 Neonatologists, 1.6 NNPs * Clinical Responsibilities: * Attend high-risk deliveries * Care for Level III NICU patients * Collaborate with NNPs providing 8-hour daytime coverage About the Facility Located in northern Broward County, HCA Florida Northwest Medical Center is a 289-bed acute care hospital and part of HCA East Florida, the largest healthcare system in Eastern Florida. The hospital features: * A 17-bed Level III NICU * 2000 annual deliveries * A growing infrastructure with access to cutting-edge technology and a dedicated clinical team Qualifications: * Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required * Active FL license or IMLC required
