* Orange Park Medical Center - 10-bed NICU
* Memorial Medical Center - 10-bed NICU

* Care for infants 30 weeks+ or 1250g+, following Florida Level II guidelines
* Work as part of a highly collegial team:
* 6 Neonatologists
* 1 Pediatrician
* 16 Advanced Practice Providers

* APPs provide night and weekend in-house coverage, with neonatologists on home call
* Providers also participate in normal newborn care in partnership with pediatricians
