Responsibilities:

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join our growing team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville, FL. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, autonomous environment with a supportive team and a hospital committed to expanding its Women's & Children's services.

Practice Highlights:
* Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling with 24-hour shifts and home call, allowing for a sustainable and rewarding lifestyle.
* Comprehensive Coverage:
* 25-bed Level III NICU (ADC: 17)
* 36-bed Newborn Nursery (ADC: 15)
* ~3,500 annual deliveries
* Accepts all gestational ages (excluding surgical cases)

* Advanced Services: Body cooling, oscillators, and RN/RT-staffed regional transport team.
* Collaborative Team: Work with a cohesive group of experienced NNPs and supportive OB hospitalists, MFM, and subspecialty telehealth providers.
* Academic Engagement: Teaching opportunities with University of Central Florida family medicine residents.
