Responsibilities:
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? At Arizona Neonatology, we're looking for a passionate Neonatologist to join our dynamic and supportive team.
What You'll Do:
* Provide expert care across two Level III-IV NICUs (Both 74-beds) and four Level II Special Care Nurseries in the Phoenix area.
* Extend your expertise to additional Level IIIa and Level II nurseries throughout Arizona.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team of neonatal nurse practitioners, pediatricians, and neonatologists, managing an average daily census of 125-175 infants and over 2,000 annual admissions.

Schedule:
* Flexible FTE available (36-45 hours per week on average)
* Flexible request based schedule
* In-house call at Level III-IV NICUs (approximately 4-5 per month)
* Minimal backup call from home (approximately 0-2 per month)
