Responsibilities:

Pediatrix(r) Medical Group is seeking an experienced, certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our well‑established neonatology team at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in beautiful Panama City, Florida-a coastal community known for its turquoise waters, relaxed lifestyle, and family‑friendly environment.

Position Highlights
* Level III NICU (28 beds) with an average daily census of 19 and ~2,700 deliveries per year.
* In-house NNP model providing 24/7 coverage with strong physician support.
* 24 hour in house shifts
* Shared responsibilities including rounding, acute NICU care, delivery attendance, and procedures based on experience.
* Collaborative, team-oriented environment with neonatologists who value NNP autonomy and clinical judgment.
* Full subspecialty support plus a dedicated neonatal transport team.

Qualifications:

* Current APRN national specialty certification
* Minimum of a master's degree
