Responsibilities: We have an exciting opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our established practice at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City and Norman Regional Hospital. About the Role * Opportunity to Provide Coverage at 2 Level III NICUs: * Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, a 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29 * Norman Regional Hospital, a 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14. * Responsibilities include assessing critically ill neonates, attending high-risk deliveries and seeing well-newborns in collaboration with a neonatologist. * Robust Sub-specialty and MFM support * Services include HFOV and jet ventilators Work-Life Balance Focused * 12-hour in-house shifts - averaging three shifts per week and every other weekend, allowing for an ideal work-life balance.
