Overview: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Position - Saginaw, MI Responsibilities: Pediatrix is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our well‑established, highly respected team at Covenant Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan. NNP Position Highlights * 54‑bed Level III NICU with a busy, high‑acuity case mix * Average daily census of 35-40 patients * Collaborative, autonomous practice environment with a strong team culture * Full access to a robust network of pediatric subspecialties * Comprehensive scope of practice including: * Advanced patient assessment and management * Therapeutic decision‑making and treatment planning * Participation in high‑risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations * Active involvement in quality improvement and outcome‑driven initiatives Why Saginaw?
