Responsibilities:

Our well-respected and established neonatology practice at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS, is recruiting for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join this dynamic team of providers.

* High-Risk Deliveries: Responsibilities include attendance at high-risk deliveries and newborn resuscitation, including intubation and line placement.
* State-of-the-Art NICU: 60-bed Level 3 NICU with a collaborative neonatology team consisting of neonatologists and advanced practitioners.
* Flexible Shifts: Day and night shifts, as well as weekday/weekend shifts required.
* High Volume: 6,000 annual deliveries, with the NICU and special care nursery averaging 1,000 admissions annually and an ADC of 54.
* Comprehensive Services: All services provided except ECMO and heart surgery.
* Academic Affiliation: Affiliated with KU School of Medicine - Wichita, offering extensive QI and research opportunities.

Qualifications:

* Current APRN national specialty certification
