Responsibilities:

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our dynamic team at Wellington Regional Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to support our expanding Level III NICU, while enjoying the lifestyle and amenities of one of South Florida's most desirable, upscale, suburban communities.

Your Role at a Glance:
* Schedule: 12-hour daytime shifts in the NICU, with rotating weekends
* Staffing Model:
* 4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage
* 2.3 NNPs covering the NICU during the day
* 1 dedicated provider covering the newborn nursery

* Responsibilities:
* Care for patients in the Level III NICU
* Attend high-risk deliveries
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care

Qualifications:

* Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
* Minimum of a master's degree 
* Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
* NRP certification
* Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
* Confident, autonomous, and team-oriented
