Overview: Coastal Living - Sunny Southwest Florida Golisano Children's Hospital Responsibilities: Pediatrix(r) Medical Group seeks a new graduate or experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join its practice at Golisano Children's Hospital in Ft Myers, Florida. * State-of-the-art facility with a 70-bed, Level-III NICU * The health system has two facilities and 7000 deliveries per year * Cape Coral Hospital provides a Level-I low-risk delivery service * 12 hour shifts with an option to do 24 based on prior experience * Primary responsibilities include providing attending coverage at our Level-III NICU * All subspecialty services available (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO) and high-risk delivery service coverage * Level-I coverage includes well baby care and back-up coverage from home * Team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs * We value a team-approach toward care, in a developmentally sensitive and family-centered unit * Our core values support a culture of life-long learning and professional growth * Robust quality improvement program and opportunities for clinical research, if desired * *Exceptional new graduates are invited to apply - tuition assistance available!
