Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join our growing team in the greater Phoenix metro area.

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Overview:

* Practice across Level III-IV NICUs and Level II Special Care Nurseries
* Additional opportunities at Level IIIa and Level II units statewide
* Flexible 12‑ and 24‑hour shifts
* Collaborative model with Neonatologists for deliveries and NICU care
* No transport duties
* In‑house Neonatologist collaboration with NNPs
* 24/7 in‑house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) coverage in Level II units
* New graduate Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) welcome
