Join a hospital system committed to investing in and elevating its Women's & Children's services. ⭐ What Makes This Role Stand OutA Balanced, Fulfilling Workday * Flexible scheduling designed to support long-term work‑life balance * 8-hour daytime shifts-no deliveries, no overnight call * Daily responsibilities include newborn nursery rounding, supervising family medicine residents, and performing circumcisions A Robust, High-Acuity Practice * 25-bed Level III NICU (ADC: 17) * 36-bed Newborn Nursery (ADC: 14) * ~3,500 annual deliveries * Care for all gestational ages (excluding surgical cases) * Advanced services include body cooling, oscillators, and a dedicated RN/RT-staffed regional transport team Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Team * Work alongside experienced Neonatologists, NNPs, OB Hospitalists, MFM specialists, and telehealth subspecialists * Opportunities to teach and mentor University of Central Florida family medicine residents
