This position will support the NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office (NBO) Business Solutions Management team with coordination, integration, and staffing of all NBO Navy ERP sustainment, special project, and Navy ERP+ taskers and work activities. The role will also perform duties associated with Navy ERP software release and test management. Additionally, the position will support the functions of the Command Business Office Requirements Review Board (CRRB) Chair, including facilitating CRRB processes, ensuring timely prioritization of sustainment items, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve consensus on critical decisions.

Responsibilities:

* Track and update project statuses and other pertinent project information.
* Assist with coordinating responses to Navy ERP+ data calls and tasking.
* Support Navy ERP+ tasking and sustainment activities, including maintaining NBO Action Tracker.
* Provide support to the CRRB Chair by facilitating CRRB processes, including decision-making, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.
* Coordinate with SMEs on resource assignments to tasking and milestones for completion of interrelated tasks.
* Create reports and data visualizations for leadership to support decision-making.
* Develop and maintain deliverables such as SOPs, stakeholder matrices, and trackers

Qualifications:

* Minimum Qualifications
* Secret Clearance
* BA/BS
* At least 6 years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis disciplines.
* Of the required experience, at least 2 years must be professional experience supporting corporate business operations.

* The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
* USD $ 90,000-$125,000
