Responsibilities:

* Focuses on new business growth through acquisition of target prospect accounts
* Primary sales contact for assigned accounts
* Responsible for relationship building within all applicable departments where we sell our offerings, including but not limited to procurement, signage/branding, corporate real estate, facility services and sustainability/energy
* Leverages customer contacts/relationships to identify and solicit new business opportunities
* Responsible for total revenue of assigned accounts, including products and services, in line with annualized quota (tracked and reported monthly) and year over year annual revenue growth plan
* Works with Business Development to respond to RFP/RFQs
* Works with Marketing to develop necessary collateral to promote offerings, conducts in-person meetings and presentations as necessary
* Works with Operations to maintain communication, quality and other deliverables in accordance with customer SLAs (service level agreements)
* Manages and resolves high-level customer conflicts
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years in Sales/Business Development or Customer Facing Account/Program Management, experience with banking customers preferred
* Demonstrated ability to service existing accounts and build deep relationships within an organization
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality error free work
* Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities needed to work in a fast-paced work environment
* Strong sense of professionalism and courtesy
* Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe products, experience with Salesforce is a plus
* Travel will be required as necessary, 10-20%
