As the National Director of Student Services, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for Devereux's education programs and initiatives, including DESS. This is a unique opportunity to drive transformative change, foster inclusive educational systems, and champion student success on a national scale. EOE Qualifications: * Master's degree (required); Doctorate in education, psychology, or related field (preferred) * Valid or eligible for state-level education certifications (e.g., principal, supervisor of special education, superintendent letter of eligibility) * At least 5 years of school-based administrative/supervisory experience * Deep knowledge of IDEA, special education practices, and behavioral health in academic settings * Ability to travel nationwide to Devereux centers in 13 states, with additional locations based on new business development.
