Overview: St. Luke's Health System in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing team in a hybrid role that combines inpatient hospitalist responsibilities with outpatient perioperative clinic coverage. This unique opportunity supports comprehensive care for patients across the surgical continuum, from preoperative evaluation to inpatient medical management. Our specialized perioperative clinic assesses perioperative risk, optimizes management of chronic medical problems perioperatively, and perform appropriate risk stratification when needed before surgery. We are looking for an APP preferably experienced in hospitalist work, internal medicine, cardiology, pulmonology, or another medical specialty. Obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses.
