Overview: Provides training and education for clinical staff of the Novant Health Medical Group. Assesses, plans, and implements education and training for meeting clinical staff, physicians, and advance practitioners learning needs for enhancing job performance and clinical competency. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's Degree Nursing required. Master's Degree Nursing preferred. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years healthcare experience; 2 years of the experience in an ambulatory setting required . * Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current registered nurse license in the state of active practice; BLS certification required. BLS Instructor Certification preferred. * Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Knowledge of current and future trends/practice in education and training. Experience in development of learning plans, principles of adult learning and teaching methods/models, team/classroom facilitation; office and AV equipment; and project leadership and consultation. Ability to travel/drive to multiple locations/facilities as needed. * Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Experience in development of learning plans, knowledge of principles of adult learning and teaching methods/models, team/classroom facilitation; experience with office and AV equipment; and project leadership and consultation.
