Overview: Location: Hybrid (Pittsburgh, PA) Job Type: Full Time / Contract Work Authorization: No Sponsorship The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Network Engineer. Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of Cisco Network Engineering experience that includes: configuring and deploying switches/wireless access points/wireless controllers, setting up networks and troubleshooting. Responsibilities: * Perform Local Area Network (LAN) management utilizing Cisco products * Deploy and configure Cisco products including Switches, Access Points, Wireless Controllers * Troubleshooting of LAN productions issues / problems as needed and working with corporate if applicable * Perform Cisco IOS and firmware updates * Update and maintain network drawings * Participate in LAN planning, design, and implementation of projects per Clients requirements * Day to day operations of assigned systems and or other shared systems * Network monitoring, operations and configuration * Level 1 Cisco Wireless support including controllers * Assistance with ServiceNow tickets * Inventory and lifecycle management Qualifications: Education: * Bachelors degree in Information Systems - Preferred Certifications: * CCNA or CCNP - Preferred Experience Required: * Cisco routers/switches/wireless controllers/access points configuration and deployment - 5+ years * Experience setting up Cisco networks - 5+ years * Experience Updating and maintaining network drawings * Perform Cisco IOS and firmware updates * LAN management utilizing CISCO products
