Responsibilities:
* Interface daily with the client about work priorities and progress of projects
* Assist with project scheduling for the customer
* Actively participate in client programs, planning and strategy sessions
* Work closely with client to identify and remove obstacles
* Actively participate in client safety initiatives, incident investigations, etc.
* Ensure employees and site leads have the tools and training to perform their jobs proficiently
* Evaluate each department to identify areas where efficiency, quality, production and safety can be improved
* Encourage adequate feedback from employees to ensure continual improvement of program
* Lead project, or site safety objectives
* Participate in performance management of site employees
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years' industry experience
* Previous leadership experience an asset
* Certified or previously certified in NDT methods, and have a working knowledge of each methods strength and limitations to ensure the proper craft type is being utilized for the job scope requirements a plus
* Experience with quality and safety
* Be familiar with current codes and procedures needed to properly perform inspections and interpret results
