Responsibilities:
* Perform Non-Destructive Testing - Conduct inspections using methods such as ultrasonic (UT), radiographic (RT), magnetic particle (MT), liquid penetrant (PT), or eddy current (ET) according to established procedures and standards.
* Interpret and Evaluate Results - Analyze test data and results, identify discontinuities or defects, and determine if they meet applicable codes, standards, or client specifications.
* Prepare Reports and Documentation - Accurately document inspection results, maintain records, and generate reports for review by Level 3 technicians or engineering personnel.
* Maintain Equipment and Ensure Compliance - Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot NDT equipment, and ensure all testing is performed safely and in accordance with industry codes and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
* CGSB Certification
* CWB level 2 Certification
* Strong work ethics
* Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
* Exceptional safety and quality awareness
* Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
* Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
* Valid driver's license
* IRATA training or willingness to obtain is an asset
