Responsibilities: As a Security Professional - Government Site Patrol - Morning Shift in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a prominent government location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, respond promptly to any security-related concerns, and utilize technology such as computers or tablets as needed. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:45 AM - 06:15 PMThur10:45 AM - 09:15 PMFri10:45 AM - 06:15 PMSun10:45 AM - 06:15 PM What You'll Do: * Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites * Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education * Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams * Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service * Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: * Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. * Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. * Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required. * Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities, including evacuations or other urgent situations. * Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
