Overview: The Technical Content Management (TCM) Media Team is a part of Engineering Shared Services. The team's key goals are to create multimedia elements for product documentation and support, including graphics and interactive content such as how-to videos and animations, which allow the end-user to acquire the knowledge and understanding of the product in the moment of need. The multimedia specialist's primary responsibility will be to work closely with members of the TCM team TCM project owners and portfolio owners to create graphics and interactive media for product documentation and support, and update and create new templates according to brand guidelines. Responsibilities: * Design assets to support Zebra's products, solutions and technologies and customize for each channel for both print and web * Maintain a pulse on the design landscape and relevant creative work across print, web, and social * Produce various graphic assets in a creative, fast paced, and high-energy environment * Ability to manage workload priorities while working on multiple projects * Use Adobe Premier, After Effects, and other applications as necessary, edit dynamic video projects for use on web sites, social media, and product support * Follows Style Guide, Templates, and Branding Guidelines to comply with Zebra and TCM department standards * Interacts with Subject Matter Experts as needed to ensure graphic projects accuracy * Organizes graphic assets to be easily discoverable Qualifications: * Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications with the focus on Illustrator * High degree of creativity and ideation through the understanding of design principles including typography, color, images, and composition * Knowledgeable of current print, web, and social art trends * A compelling online portfolio of graphic design work * Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a drive for continuous learning and skill development * Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills * Ability to shift gears as priorities change, and maintain a positive attitude during intense moments are must-have skills * Communication in English on an advanced level - C1 * Experience in creating hardware line drawings will be an extra asset Benefits: * 5 weeks of vacation, 5 sick days, 4 volunteer days paid off * Multisport card at a reduced price * Meal contribution * Monthly contribution 1000 CZK/month in the form of credits on your Benefit plus card with cafeteria system where you can choose from wide range of activities/benefits from Health, Sports, Travel, Wellness, Development, Culture up to company Language courses * Training and personal development in soft skills and hard skills, access to our internal learning portal and internal career opportunities within Zebra departments * Annual bonuses based on financial results * Yearly salary increases according to individual performance * Employee referral bonus for bringing New Talent to Zebra * Free beverages and fruit days (coffee, tea, milk available in our kitchenette) * Life & Pension insurance contribution * New modern and multifunctional workplace at Vlněna Office park in the city centre * Discount at our partners (Banks, HP, Dell, Microsoft Office)
