Overview: Position: Multisite Center Manager - Physical Therapist Location: Gwynedd Valley and Fort Washington, PA Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday. No weekends! Compensation: Salary range is $85K-$95K based on your experience. Incentives: $2k Sign on Bonus, plus $350 per month in student loan assistance! Are you a licensed physical therapist (PT) looking to take on a leadership role? If so NovaCare is seeking a multisite center manager to cover our outpatient orthopedic centers located in Fort Washington and Gwynedd Valley. This position does require treating patients in addition to management duties. This is a great opportunity for a current manager looking for support and growth! Identify open positions and hire clinical staff in conjunction with manager. . * Conduct staff orientation and training, and conduct annual performance reviews of center staff with specific focus on development plans. * Provide developmental opportunities for current staff (professional meetings, college relations' activities and patient care skills development opportunities). Recommend staff for recognition. * Conduct routine quality assurance and corporate compliance audits in assigned centers. Qualifications: * B.A./B.S. degree or higher in physical therapy * Physical Therapist license in your state of practice * CPR certification
