				Overview:

Hayward Holdings Inc. (NYSE "HAYW") is the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, with a significant presence in the commercial pool market that is continuously growing. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control and energy solutions at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China.  This position is based in Clemmons, NC.

Lead and coordinate activities in the Injection Molding department to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. Oversee job changeovers, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise, mentor, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
* Ensure accurate payroll and timekeeping entries using Workday.
* Maintain staffing flexibility to meet production demands; train employees for multi-functional roles.
* Champion a proactive safety culture by enforcing regulations, conducting training, and supporting Safety CI initiatives.
* Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Assembly, Maintenance, and Engineering to achieve production goals.
* Drive continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and resolving operational challenges.
* Monitor quality, analyze production data, and ensure machines and molds operate effectively.
* Facilitate communication across departments to align on priorities and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience (5+ years in supervisory roles).
* Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
* Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (e.g., AS400/Mattec), Microsoft Office, and QA tools.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
* Knowledge of safety protocols, lean manufacturing, and root cause analysis.
