As our Clinic Mohs Histotechnican you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Essential Key Responsiblities: 

* Specimen handling and processing including gross, embed, cut, stain and coverslip specimens for microscopic evaluation by the surgeon following established policies and procedures.
* Prepare and evaluate stains, reagents and solutions necessary for slide prep following established policies and procedures.
* Perform quality control and preventative maintenance procedures to assure instruments, stains and procedures are within acceptable standards by taking corrective action if necessary and notifying lab director/licensed health care practitioner.
* Assist with quality assurance and proficiency testing following established policies and procedures.
* Assists with regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

Required: 

* Completion of Mohs Training Program Required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
