Responsibilities:
Do you enjoy designing secure and Modern Workplace environments using Microsoft technologies? Would you like to guide organizations through their workplace transformation journey?Are you motivated by working closely with clients to deliver impactful technology solutions?
As our new Modern Workplace & Security Consultant, you will lead the technical delivery of Modern Workplace projects built on Microsoft technologies. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, design practical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
You will also act as a trusted advisor for workplace technologies, helping improve collaboration environments while maintaining strong security and identity standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Modern Workplace projects focused on Microsoft 365 environments
* Design and implement solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure AD and collaboration tools
* Analyze client environments to identify improvement opportunities
* Implement identity, device management and security solutions
* Support digital workplace transformation and user adoption initiatives
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery
Practical InformationLocation: Barcelona, Spain | Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Language Requirements: Spanish (Mandatory), English (Professional)
Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
* Experience with identity integration (Azure AD Connect, Active Directory, ADFS or similar).
* Experience with device management tools such as Intune or Endpoint Manager.
* Understanding of Microsoft security capabilities such as Conditional Access or threat protection.
Desirable:
* Experience with Windows Virtual Desktop or virtual workplace environments
* Familiarity with Exchange environments and hybrid infrastructures.
