Practical Information:
Location: Poland, Warsaw | Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with possibility of working Remotely | Reports to: Modern Workplace Team Lead | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Language requirements: Native level of Polish with Fluent/professional English
Our next Consultant will use their solution-driven expertise and deep Microsoft Modern Workplace knowledge to deliver transformative Cloud Strategies and solutions to our clients, while leveraging their technical proficiency and advisory skills to deliver projects while maintaining transparency between the different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working with customers to deliver projects while maintaining transparency between the different stakeholders
* Coordinating and developing proper documentation and communication material on Modern Workplace services and capabilities
* Conducting consultative presales activities, supporting delivery and operations teams, including preparing and packaging the services and capabilities, ensuring that they are ready for delivery
* Defining architecture, deployment plans, and technical specifications for Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, and advanced information protection services including Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
* Closely working with engineering, security, compliance, and architecture teams to deliver secure, compliant, and fully integrated data protection solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Qualifications:
* Solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace and confidence working directly with customers.
* Deep knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
* Identity and access management (Azure AD, authentication protocols, privileged access)
* Security and compliance (Purview, information protection, governance)
* Threat protection and monitoring (endpoint security, threat management, security operations)
* Migration Services (Migrating data and services to M365)
* SharePoint Online (manages, configures, and customizes cloud-based SharePoint environments)
* Endpoint Management (manages the lifecycle, security, and configuration of network-connected devices)
* Migration Projects: Comprehensive knowledge of hybrid identity configurations (e.g., integrating Entra ID with on-premises Active Directory). Experience with Hybrid Exchange for seamless mail flow during migrations
* Practical experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Cloud solutions across hybrid and cloud environments
* Proven track record in managing hybrid environments and migrating on-premises systems to Cloud infrastructures
* Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online to optimize productivity and communication
