Job Title: Mobile Security Professional Job Location: London, ON Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $ 19.38 SHIFTS: Monday -Friday 11pm to 7am Note: - Position may require secondary interview with Team Lead or Branch manager Requirement: * Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring. * Experience with report writing and note-taking. * Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems. * Valid Ontario security guard license and Driving License. * Must be eligible to work in Canada upto 40 hours per week. * Must be able to provide a clear driver's abstract and Ontario class G licence. * First Aid and CPR * Must be at least 18 years old. * High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions : * Conduct mobile patrols of designated areas, including parking lots, premises, and other high-traffic areas, to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of personnel and property * Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, promptly responding to any security breaches, disturbances, or suspicious activities * Perform security checks of buildings, doors, windows, and other access points to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with security protocols * Interact with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance, directions, and information as needed while enforcing security policies * Report any security incidents, accidents, or hazards immediately to supervisors or appropriate authorities, documenting observations and actions taken * Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other security personnel to coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies effectively * Maintain accurate logs and records of patrol activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements * Conduct routine inspections of security equipment, vehicles, and emergency supplies, reporting any issues or deficiencies for prompt resolution * Conduct risk assessments and security audits of client premises, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending security enhancements to mitigate risks * Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and relevant regulation Benefits: * Opportunities for career growth and advancement. * Comprehensive health and dental benefits * Paid training and development programs.
