Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role requires extensive travel (60-70%) to various locations to assist in pharmacy operations, medication preparation, and patient support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in a mobile setting. If your passion is service excellence and top-quality care, come join our team! *Position will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days Responsibilities: * Travel to multiple locations to support pharmacy operations and medication distribution * Collects information needed to fill prescriptions from customers or healthcare professionals * Measures, mixes, and labels medications under the supervision of a pharmacist * Ensures accurate prescription preparation and dispensing * Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements * Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers * Process insurance claims and handle medication inquiries * Ensure inventory control and proper storage of medications during transit * Adhere to all safety and security protocols while transporting medications * Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams and healthcare professionals * Supervisory Responsibility: No Qualifications: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS * Pharmacy technician certification preferred. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Percentage of Travel: 25-75% * Reliable personal vehicle for travel. * Ability to travel 60-70% of the time. **To perform this role will require frequently sitting, standing, walking, typing on a keyboard with fingers and occasionally bending, reaching, and climbing (stairs/ladders). The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 11-20 lbs.**
