				Overview:

The Mobile Clinic Director is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and management of mobile

clinic operations. This role ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, oversees equipment

and supplies, coordinates maintenance needs of the mobile unit, manages staff and providers, handles

budgeting and financial responsibilities, ensures the quality of care, and facilitates community outreach and

collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination of Mobile Clinic Operations

  Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

  Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

  Oversee the procurement and management of equipment and supplies.

Maintenance Coordination and Oversight

  Coordinate and oversee regular inspections of the mobile unit.

  Schedule and manage service appointments and emergency repairs.

  Ensure regular cleaning and preventative maintenance of the unit.

  Maintain detailed maintenance logs.

Staff and Provider Management

  Recruit, train, and manage mobile clinic staff and providers.

  Ensure staffing levels are adequate to meet patient needs.

Budgeting and Financial Responsibilities

  Develop and manage the mobile clinic budget.

  Monitor financial performance and ensure efficient use of resources.

  Oversee billing and financial reporting.

Quality of Care Assurance

  Implement quality assurance programs to ensure high standards of care.   Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction. Community Outreach and Collaboration   Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.   Plan and participate in community outreach events and initiatives.   Foster collaboration with other healthcare providers and organizations.   Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education

  Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum Work Experience

  Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare administration and management required.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a mobile clinic setting.   Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.   Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.   Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
