Cole Engineering Services (CESI), a By Light company, is recognized as a premier provider of modeling and simulation (M&S) training solutions to the Federal Government and industry. Since 2004, CESI has been at the forefront of developing, maintaining, and integrating simulation-based training, serious gaming, technical services, training and other support in live, virtual, constructive, and gaming (LVCG) domains. CESI also designs, builds and runs infrastructure, platforms, applications and processes that enable cyber training for the integrated multi-domain force. Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
* An associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
* A major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
* 11 years of recent specialized experience
* Administers and operates the U.S. Army's suite of Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS)/Mission Command Systems (MCS) in a training environment. ABCS/MCS systems include, but not limited to: Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control (FAADC2), Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS), Tactical Air Integration System (TAIS), Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI), Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) Blue Force Tracking (BFT) Joint Capabilities Release (JCR) and Joint Battle Command - Platform (JBC-P), Global Command and Control System-Army (GCCS-A), Multilateral Interoperability Programme (MIP), and associated servers on the Battle Command Common Services (BCCS) or Tactical Services Infrastructure (TSI) Stacks.
* Configures ABCS/MCS components with appropriate software versions, verifies connectivity throughout the network and maintains all related hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
* Updates MCS databases. Adjust MCS database parameters to accurately reflect current military operations within the training event.
* Loads software, troubleshoots software/hardware problems, performs part replacement, performs set-up and tear-down of MCS hardware, and configures software/hardware for training requirements.
* Conduct thread-testing of linked systems to verify proper operation of the MCS and associated network.
* Demonstrates the system's capabilities and operations.
