* Restock mini bar items in guest rooms daily or as needed.
* Record consumption accurately and ensure proper charges are posted to guest accounts.
* Maintain inventory levels and report shortages, expired items, or discrepancies.
* Clean and organize mini bar areas and carts in compliance with health and safety standards.
* Verify expiration dates and product freshness regularly.
* Report maintenance issues or damages found in mini bars or guest rooms.
* Communicate effectively with front desk, housekeeping, and accounting departments.
* Ensure all interactions with guests are professional, courteous, and in line with service standards.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous hospitality or inventory experience is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Basic math and record-keeping skills.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
