Microsoft Sales Specialist
At SoftwareOne AG, we are searching for a dedicated and hardworking Microsoft Sales Specialist to join our team in Paris, France. This outstanding opportunity will allow you to apply your expertise in Microsoft licensing and contract landscapes while working in an encouraging and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise and support the sales teams across France throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial exploration to the development of solutions and proposals.
* Identify and determine opportunities with our customers in close collaboration with sales colleagues.
* Proactively take responsibility for finding opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing customers.
* Coordinate with the sales team to establish strategies and initiatives to increase customer happiness and revenue.
* Assist in crafting proposals for strategic and complex clients.
* Develop an understanding of our customers' needs.
* Collaborate with the sales team to manage and grow the pipeline and forecast visibility using our CRM tool. Maintain accurate data across sales cycle stages.

* Ability to build relationships with collaborators across all levels of the organization.
* Proficient knowledge of sales processes, methods, and standard methodologies.
* Strong knowledge of relevant industries and markets, including emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and legal frameworks.
* Ability to anticipate market changes and proactively find opportunities for business growth.
* Proactively stay informed about industry advancements, new technologies, and standard methodologies.
* Proficient in French with excellent written and spoken English skills.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the France region.
