Scope: Full-time | Software & Cloud Direct Delivery | Location: Mexico City

As a Microsoft Licensing & Operations Specialist, you will be a key connection between Sales, Customers, and our Global Service Delivery Center, ensuring smooth operational execution and an exceptional customer experience. Your work will enable our sales teams to focus on growth while you drive quality, efficiency, and continuity across Microsoft operations.

How a Day-To-Day would look like in this role:

* Act as the main operational link between Sales, Customers, and the Global Service Delivery Center.
* Support Microsoft account onboarding, orders, quotes, and daily operational needs.
* Coordinate credit, rebill, and finance-related processes.
* Drive issue resolution and escalations, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
* Provide expert support on Microsoft licensing to internal teams and customers.

Qualifications:

* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Licensing.

* Experience supporting sales or commercial operations teams.

* Advanced English (B2+) is a must.
* Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

* Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
