Practical Information Location: Paris, France | Reports to: Services Director | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for France | Language Requirements: Fluent in French and English The Role As our new Microsoft 365 Security Consultant, you will guide customers on their security transformation journey supporting them in designing, implementing, and optimizing their M365 security posture. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Architects, and Delivery teams to build trusted relationships and deliver impactful, secure solutions. Key Responsibilities * Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and deliver high‑quality consulting throughout their security transformation journey * Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimisation of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and threat/identity management solutions * Design and deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365 environments aligned with best practices and customer requirements * Support customers in adopting and leveraging innovative Microsoft Security tools by offering solution‑focused, value‑driven recommendations * Continuously improve delivery quality by staying up‑to‑date with the latest Microsoft Security technologies and industry trends #LI-EOS Qualifications: * Demonstrated consulting experience designing and deploying Microsoft 365 environments, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience * Hands‑on expertise with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, threat & identity management and strong knowledge of Azure AD, ADFS, MIM, EMS, GPO, PowerShell, PKI * Solid multitasking ability with high standards across multiple client engagements * A detail‑oriented, autonomous approach with the ability to take initiative and tackle complex challenges * Effective communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value * Recommended certifications: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
