Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Presales
contract type: full-time | location: Seoul, Korea
working model: hybrid (1 time per week WFH)
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Presales who will help us design, implement, and advise on Microsoft 365 security and compliance soltuions.This role supports clients in leveraging Microsoft 365 E3/E5, EMS E3/E5, and Azure services to enhance their security posture and meet compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Security Architecture & Deployment
* Design and implement security configurations using Microsoft 365 tools such as Intune, Azure Information Protection (AIP), Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
* Client Consulting
* Provide expert guidance to clients on security best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance frameworks. Participate in pre-sales and post-sales engagements
* Migration & Integration
* Lead or support migration projects from on-premises or other cloud platforms to Microsoft 365, ensuring secure onboarding and configuration
* Policy Management
* Develop and enforce security policies across Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
* Training & Documentation
* Deliver training sessions and create user guides for secure usage of Microsoft 365 applications, including mobile and desktop environments
Qualifications:
Technical Expertise
* Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 E3/E5 security features
* Proven track record in deploying Microsoft 365 security solutions for mid-to-large enterprises
* Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft Defender suite, Sentinel, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
* Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and Information Protection tools 2
Soft & Communication Skills
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
* Must be fluent in Korean and proficient in English is a plus
Certifications (Preferred)
* MS-500, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-500
