Qualifications: * Must be authorized to work in the US * Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, or a related field. * Licensure: ASCP, NCA, AMT or equivalent; or be eligible to sit for licensing exam in Oregon * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in Microbiology Department
