Overview:
The Manager of Incentive Operations will lead our incentive operations team in a strategic role focused on designing, implementing, and running effective incentive programs. This position emphasizes team management, relationship building, and alignment with regional partners and executive leadership to drive organizational performance. As part of the People Services team, this role serves as an operational and tactical leader for the compensation platform, primarily focusing on incentive and variable pay programs. Collaborating closely with the functional/portfolio owners and various stakeholders, the Manager will be a trusted advisor and applications subject matter expert, primarily in the Anaplan. Emphasis in this role will be on innovation through automation, process improvement, system enhancements, and improved efficiencies and scalability for a fast-paced and growing company.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the maintenance and collaborating with model builders to optimization process flows within Anaplan (Incentive Comp) and other inhouse built systems managing variable pay programs that are paid monthly, semi-annual, quarterly, and annual.
* Manage and lead a team of Incentive Analyst, including managing and prioritizing work effort, ensuring timely and effective project delivery, and drive team to deliver on innovation and best-in-class user experience.
* Design / Implement / Enhance existing and new incentive plans to drive specific behaviors
* Create business requirements for builders / system support
* Lead team in testing requirements, administrating, and calculating incentive plans
* Own the communication and review of training material for programs the team is supporting
* Track performance of incentive plans
* Provide on-going mentorship, guidance, coaching and develop team members and foster a collaborative environment.
* Responsible for the ongoing analysis, review and reporting of PDS Incentive programs
* Analyze actual results, including post-program reviews of program effectiveness
* Conduct ad hoc studies and analyses as required with short lead times when necessary
* Partner with People/HR functional areas, Information Technology, Finance, and business leaders on system related processes and projects, including complex integrations.
* Work closely with the team and portfolio owners, manage system release and upgrades with thorough review, impact assessment, testing, and deployment of new features.
* Stay up to date on trends and emerging technologies, proactively drive recommendations and deliverables that align with PDS goals and priorities.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience.
* 6+ years professional related experience.
* 2+ years of leadership experience leading, developing, and managing a team of incentive/compensation/business analysts.
* Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with strong project management skills utilizing software development lifecycle and/or Agile methodologies.
* Hands-on experience preparing specifications, test plans, process flows, and cutover plans.
* Demonstrated People/HR technology planning experience; leading conversations with multiple stakeholders to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and collaboratively design solutions.
Preferred
* Master's degree in business, Information Technology/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field from an accredited college or university.
* Experience implementing ICM systems.
* Experience in a multi-regional healthcare, retail, or dental company.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
* Demonstrated depth and breadth of Workday HCM platform, architecture and configuration (Business Processes, US Payroll, Benefits, Absence and Time, Compensation, Security, Reporting and Dashboards).
* Demonstrated excellent consultative and written and verbal communications skills; ability to communicate with various levels of staff and leadership.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities; data analysis acumen and focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Knowledge and understanding of HR/Payroll functional areas and HR business processes; interdependencies and complex integrations with Information Technology and Finance.
* Ability to manage daily operations of department(s) or work unit while developing short to medium term (1-3 years) goals.
* Ability to foster team member development by providing a supportive learning environment.
* Highly developed teambuilding, influencing and collaboration skills.
* Ability to direct the work of others and work as a team leader in attainment of goals.
* Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
* Ability to handle and maintain extreme confidentiality with team member records, compensation information, etc.
* Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions and make decisions under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat.
