Responsibilities: * Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as manufacturing, R&D, Marketing and Planning teams globally. * Perform system integration of new product hardware, software, firmware, and test software. * Execute verification and validation activities for new product designs such as: * Turn on breadboard / proto / pilot boards * Measure and characterize product performance * Understand product requirement and define test algorithm * Writing software programs to measure product performance * Troubleshoot and resolve test as well as design and development challenges. * Design manufacturing calibration and verification processes. * Develop product manufacturing calibration and verification test algorithms. * Ensure new product performance meets targeted specifications. * Ensure new product and system meets manufacturing and quality goals. * Perform extensive data analysis and specification setting activities. * Perform EMC, Environmental and Safety hardware qualification activities. * Follow through Project Life Cycle closely to align individual activities with project milestone. * Apply engineering knowledge and root cause analysis techniques to solve engineering problems and produce innovative solutions. Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. * Passionate in discovering new engineering problems and producing innovative solutions.
