Responsibilities: The Sales Solutions Specialist is responsible for the execution of sales solutions, assessing store for sales growth opportunities, and maintaining store partnerships. The Sales Solutions Specialist will maximize sales through innovative product placement and presentation and responsible for executing store solutions activities and completion of all store sets. Work schedule is Monday through Friday - Hourly position. Qualifications: * High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred) * Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills with people at all organizational levels * Ability to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on customer satisfaction. * Proficient in using Excel, Access, Cognos, PowerPoint, and other similar tools * Prior experience in food industry and/or code sensitive product environment preferred * Demonstrated ability to effectively identify long-term issues, develop and implement strategies to address those issues, and linking shorter-term activities to these strategies * Demonstrated proficiency in attention to accuracy and detail * Demonstrates the competencies of: financial acumen, ability to collaborate, courage, sense of urgency, and effectively managing complexity * Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends * Ability and willingness to travel 80% of the time by air and stay overnight to support the requirements of the position * Follow established KeHE policies and procedures to accomplish the above accountabilities. * Other duties and special projects as requested.
