Responsibilities: Mental Health Therapist - Mercy Council Bluffs Psych Associates $2,500 sign bonus Uncapped productivity bonuses * Extensive training and orientation program * Collaborates with Emergency Department team to provide mental health and substance abuse support and interventions for our patients * Assists with mental health and substance abuse patient triage and level of care determinations * Assists patients with mental health and substance abuse system navigation Qualifications: Experience Prefer three years of post license experience in a mental health/addiction recovery or related field. Certification and experience with multi-occurring disorders a plus. Education/Licensure Minimum of a Masters degree from an accredited educational institution in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing or other related behavioral health field is required. IA - Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
