Responsibilities:

* Crisis Assessment and medical/behavioral emergency
* Conducts variety of assessments such as suicidal, Vestibular Assessment, immediate needs, functional, living skills, and resource acquisitions
* Complete Interpretative summaries
* Develops crisis/treatment/behavioral plans and goals for clients
* Writes progress notes, summaries, and discharges
* Group and Individual Counseling services
* Skills Teaching
* Case Management
* Household management
* Implements the treatment/rehabilitative activities and strategies
* Crisis Prevention
* Medication Administration
* Participates in weekly staff meetings
* Reports significant / major incidents or accidents
* Establishes high levels of mutual trust and support with others.
* Provides coaching/learning environment
* Provides and promotes consumer choice and facilitates independence
* Able to perform duties independently and as a team
* Promoting the operation in a positive manner to the community and outside agencies.
* Promotes/encourages community integration and choice making
* Dependable, accepts responsibility for attendance and punctuality
* Conduct self in professional and ethical manner 
* Cooperates and is willing to assist others, accepts direction

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* At least a bachelor's degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university
* Minimum of 2000 hours (post Bachelor degree) of verifiable work experience providing services and support to individuals with mental illness 
* Or, Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university
* Valid driver's license and car insurance required
* Supervisory experience preferred
* Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
* Experience in managing systems, processes, and people
* Operate general office equipment
