Responsibilities: Membership Services Representative Location: Onsite - West Plains, MO Hourly Rate: $17.00 (Monthly bonus commission available.) The Membership Service Specialist's primary focus is to activate members and reinstate inactive members, while providing quality customer service. AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR) - the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home and ground ambulance. Responsibilities: * The Membership Service Specialist serves as the primary liaison and communication link with members handling their day-to-day membership issues including the management of member information - via phone, email correspondence, and online. * The Membership Service Specialist researches and resolves complaints to ensure member satisfaction. * The Membership Service Specialist processes membership applications. * Updates and maintains the member database as required. * Consistently provides members with exceptional customer service. * Contributes to a team effort to meet or exceed service, production, and quality goals. * Meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. * The Membership Service Specialist processes payments and balancing. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Familiarity with general office equipment (fax machines, copiers, multi-line phones, etc.).
