One California Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Your sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment will not only support patient recovery but also fuel your own career advancement. * Collects patient data based on diagnosis, age and/or developmental age. Analyzes data collected. * Plans and prioritizes individualized care based on the assessment, utilizing nursing diagnosis, including teaching and discharge needs of the patient and family, and sets outcome goals in coordination with other disciplines. * Ensures that the patient/family participates in the plan of care as able, and that plan of care addresses age-specific and cultural needs. * Implements appropriate standards based on assessment. * Prioritizes and organizes care within the allotted time frames. * Coordinates discharge steps or ensures appropriate referral to address timely, appropriate discharge needs. Qualifications: Required * Two years acute care experience to include at least one year of Telemetry experience. (Exception: when unit operations are able to accommodate training, management will consider RNs without Telemetry experience). * California RN license * BLS certification * ACLS certification
