Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Nurse at Community Hospital of San Bernardino, you will be at the heart of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Responsible for the full scope of nursing care for a defined group of patients, you will apply your clinical knowledge, judgment, and critical thinking skills within a collaborative team environment. This role supports care coordination and ensures the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive care using the nursing process for patients across a variety of needs and conditions.
* Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals within hospital policy and procedures.
* Serve as a Charge Nurse when assigned, leading the unit in partnership with or in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
* Identify and resolve issues that impact patient care and nursing service, ensuring adherence to hospital and regulatory standards.
* Model professional behavior aligned with the hospital's Mission, Core Values, and commitment to continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications:
* Two (2) years of experience required.
* California Registered Nurse (RN) License
* American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) Certification required.
* American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA-ACLS) Certification required.
