Responsibilities:
As an RN at Chandler Regional Medical Center, you will assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations. Position requires providing service to one or more age groups including young adults through geriatric patients in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
Responsibilities:
* Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes
for the patient.
* Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
* Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or
escalating issues.
* Serves as an advocate for patients' needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.
* Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test
values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
* Utilizes SBAR format tool to notify physicians, and other providers of clinical findings, performs nurse-to-nurse
report at the bedside.

Licensure:
* Current AZ RN License in good standing
* Current American Heart Association BLS
* American Heart Association ACLS obtained within 6 months of hire
